Hi, I’m Kate.I know what it feels like to lose yourself in people-pleasing, burnout, and the pressure to be everything for everyone else. Raised in a deeply conservative environment where self-trust and self-choice were not always encouraged, I spent years disconnected from my own needs, truth, and inner wisdom.My life changed when I chose a different path. I packed up my car, moved to a new state, and began again. That fresh start became a turning point — one that taught me how to listen inward, trust my intuition, and build a life rooted in authenticity.Through Human Design, story work, and intuitive coaching, I discovered healing, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose.
